From 13 to 17 November, the European Commission is organizing a week-long series of events and activities in Brussels called European Development Days.
As well as a series of public events throughout the week, there will be a 'specialist' governance forum - with an Africa focus - as well as the first EU-Africa Business Forum.
According to Commissioner Louis Michel: "it is also pivotal for Europe to deliver more, better and faster aid ... I am convinced that bringing all European professionals involved in development, in an open dialogue, will help to further improve our ideas, working methods and delivery."
